Congenital heart defects: the problem with the heart structure present at birth. It affects the normal flow of blood through heart. Congenital heart defect can be a life threatening symptom in complex situations.
Heart failure: Also called Congestive heart failure. It is condition that can result because of a structural or functional disorder in heart that affects the ability of the heart to pump sufficient amount of blood through body.
How to prevent heart diseases?
Always try to control high blood pressure and high blood cholesterol level.
Go for regular checkups/tests for cholesterol level and have proper medication if required.

People having high level of blood sugar are more prone to heart diseases.
